Two Tigers ink football scholarships

Fayette County varsity football players Antonio Messick and Jason Williams signed athletic scholarships with colleges this morning.

Messick, a wide receiver for the Tigers, will take his 6’3 frame to Georgia Tech. Williams, the Tigers quarterback the past two seasons, will play at Carson Newman.

“I want to thank the parents, teachers and counselors for their support,” said Fayette County head coach Mike Davis. “You got these guys to where they are today.”
